I’ll be guiding and encouraging you every step of the way, explaining why and how to do each exercise. Every person I train is treated as an individual and you’ll begin your training at your current level, gradually building up from there. It is important to know you are in competent hands, particularly if you have any past or existing structural conditions which may be painful. My specialties are postural alignment, movement improvement and women’s strength training.
