Your exercise programme will be designed to suit you as a person along with your specific aims and goals. I’ll be with you every step of the way to explain why and how to do each exercise. Thirty years of experience teaching exercise, plus my dance and gymnastics background have all contributed to the development of a proven method for teaching correct posture and improving the functional movement of my clients.
With my guidance, you will experience notably improved posture and movement within 6 – 12 weeks. By this time, your new posture will feel normal and natural. You will understand how to use your body correctly for the things you do in your day to day life, so they will become easier and feel better.

Our meet and greet
On your first visit, you’ll be warmly welcomed by me and my 2 gentle and curious adopted greyhounds, Rocky and Lola.
We will begin with a grand tour of the studio and facilities and then discuss what it is that you want to achieve. I will explain what I believe is likely to be involved with achieving your desired outcomes.
This is an opportunity for you to ask questions and gather the information you need before deciding to move forward.
Your first appointment
The first appointment is all about me gathering the information I need for your personalised programme. We start with explicitly specifying your goals; this ensures we both know exactly where we’re headed and can measure progress along the way.
Depending on your goals, I may need to ask questions to establish your medical profile, structural profile or both. In some instances I will require medical or physiotherapist clearance. It is important that any work we do is complementary and supportive of any other physical treatments you may be undergoing.
Any physical assessments we do will pertain to your specific outcomes; for example, I won’t ask to measure your weight and fat percent when your outcome is improving posture. I will then get a picture of your lifestyle and available time. From this, I will then plan a step by step programme.
When we begin your regular exercise sessions, we will work to your personalised programme, following prescribed exercises and ensuring you understand thoroughly the why and how of what you are doing. I am with you the whole time to ensure you have good form, a thorough understanding and total confidence in the work you are doing.
I will maintain a written record of the results, session by session, so you will be able to see concrete data and evidence of the progress you are making. Many clients find themselves pleasantly surprised by the progress they make in a relatively short space of time.

A Set Term is a period of six to twelve weeks.
People choose a Set Term for a range of reasons. Typical examples include:
The number of weeks in a Set Term is decided by you, in line with your outcomes for training. Pricing will be based on the number of weeks of the Set Term and the number of training sessions per week. For example, the pricing structure for a 6 week Set Term would look as follows:
* The more sessions per week, the greater the savings. Payment in full receives a 10% discount.
Pricing Option Three: Automatic Payment
The Automatic Payment option is a commitment to training regularly on a long term basis and paying monthly by automatic payment.
People choose this option for a range of reasons. Typical examples include:
For example the pricing structure for someone coming twice a week and paying by automatic payment, would look as follows:
In the example above, the pricing is calculated based on a commitment of at least one year. Training is for two sessions per week for 46 weeks out of 52 in a twelve month period, with up to six weeks off. Training more than 46 weeks attracts no additional charge.
