Get Ready…Give yourself every opportunity to worry constructively by choosing times when you feel refreshed, well hydrated and after you have eaten. We are human and it is important to realize that tiredness, hunger and low energy or low mood states can lead to doom and gloom thinking (not conducive to problem solving). For some people a 20 min. walk or exercise session before their worry session gets them in just the right frame of mind.
Whether you’re making major life or business decisions, fretting over a relationship or worrying about your children, worrying constructively is useful, but only when it’s done well.
